Need help finding a quote!

I realize this comm has been kinda slow lately, but some of you still must be around! This isn't exactly yaoi related, but I figure you're all FE fans so hopefully someone can help me out.
So here's the deal: I need to find a specific quote. When I saw it in the game it instantly inspired me to write a fic (which is shounen-ai-ish, so there's your connection), and I'm finally planning on getting around to it, but I can't find the exact quote! I'm not planning on actually using it in the story, and I can remember basically what it was, but I'm an absolute stickler for accuracy and would like the exact quote attached to the story so people can see what I'm drawing from. I have made my best attempt to find it, but if it's on http://www.serenesforest.net, http://www.feplanet.net/, or YouTube I missed it. It's not a base conversation and I can't remember exactly when it is, so it's hard to search for. I'm hoping someone either with more resources than me, or who's better at searching can help me!
tl;dr explanation aside, here's what I'm looking for:
In the second playthrough if you choose to let Pelleas live, at some point sort of near the end of the game Almedha says to him something along the lines of, "Are you alright? You look so pale, and you were always such a sickly child." I WANT THIS EXACT QUOTE.
