[f round] sign ups + update of round 2

There's been enough interest on tumblr and my journal to make this, I think.

Since the f exchange is happening right now and to accommodate people who are doing both, the deadline for posting round two fics or art is pushed back until July 1st.

F/f & fem gen exchange

-This is a fest for female characters interacting with other female characters, and here female is defined as a broad scope. Female identified in request, genderqueer or other gender variances and genderswitch are both included in this fest, though genderswitch is an opt in aspect given that historically fandom as a whole has had mixed feelings about it.

Also, it should be noted request forms should not be purely genderswitch, but a mix of canon females and genderswich as well, whether it be turned female or always female genderswitch.

-Sign ups start from today until May 7th.</strike> 10th. Things should be assigned right after that, and the deadline for posting is June 30th. From June 15th on, the requests will be opened for treating.

From now until then, you'll either write 1k of fic whether it be in ten one hundred word drabbles, two five hundred vignettes, or one 1k+ piece, or draw one completed picture (or two, if it's something very small like an oekaki).

And of course, one 1k piece or one drawing is only a minimum. If you get inspired for a long comic, or to fill all of your assignee's requests, or want to write a 10k epic, this is more than welcome and encouraged, as long as you finish your piece by the deadline.

-While diversity is encouraged in requests, there is no standing limit that says you can't, say, ask only one game if you prefer it, or it's all you're familiar with. However, for the sake of this mod's sanity, if you're asking for one of the lesser known FE's, some of which never got exported (½/3/11/12, 4/5, tentatively 6) then if you can ask a request for a more well known game (7/8/9/10), please do to ensure that everyone gets match ups.

-side M/M or het are by no means banned, but the focus should be on the female pairs/characters. Also, if it's gen, het is allowed in the background, as long as the focus is on female friendship and interaction.

Het, M/M fans, and fellow multishipps, have no worries! We'll have fests celebrating them next time, but the girls get to shine this time ♥

When you're done filling this out and posting it, go to the f round prompt post and leave a few prompts anonymously. And yes, this is mandatory. As for why, let's call it a back up plan. Should this exchange not get enough people to have an equal number, your assignee will be the community/fandom itself, and these will be your inspiration. If none of them speak to you, PM me and we'll work it out until we find one that does.

Of course, this is just a worst case scenario. With luck, there'll be an equal number, and no one will be unmatchable. Even so, the prompt post very well may inspire more fic as anyone can fill them, so it's a win-win situation.
