Quick notes: I'm way way out of practice, have been working on this for WEEKS (very unusual for me, I almost always write things in a single sitting, just haven't had the concentration or time lately), aaaaaaannnddd there are notes at the Livejournal and Dreamwidth links at the end of the entry.
Summary: Mark led them to victory against Nergal and all those who
stood behind him, but all good things must end, and Mark is convinced his luck
has finally run out.
