Dr. Reich is brilliant, witty and thoroughly enjoyable. He has intense knowledge of the working of Government from the time he spent in the Cabinet of President Clinton to long life in government ad progressive politics. His knowledge of economics is an added asset
What would we do without Joyce Vance giving us daily briefs n what is going on in our not so great legal system. I rely on Joyce and her ability to help all of us reach a better understanding of complex "legalese"
Graham Vincent is an erudite and compassionate writer. He is European and keeps up with world affairs, including the US. Like me he seems to be of the Liberal Progressive persuasion, so, I highly recommend his column The Endless Chain. Graham's world view encompasses places I've never heard of. His grasp of multiple languages is amazing.
Heather Cox Richardson shares her immense knowledge of American history in the most fascinating way. And she includes references with every post. The three posts I look forward to daily are Dr. Reich, Dr. Richardson and Joyce Vance. They keep us up to date with explanations of all news
I enjoy Steady. so it's not much of a leap to enjoy a spinoff also. My best wishes to Elliot in this endeavor. We are now practically neighbors - 90 miles from Sacramento to San Francisco (:-) Elliot's posts have gotten better and better, I look forward to each new post.
Tom Cleaver has a wonderful knowledge of WW2. He is down to earth humorous and an excellent writer with several book on the market.
Stephen is a very good writer, he explains a lot about Military tactics, having been an officer with Special Forces. He was severely injured and retired as a disabled veteran. He was a lifelong Republican until trump made him "see the light" He is now a registered Democrat and is well on the way to becoming a liberal progressive, not as rabid as me, better grounded in reality.
