In my opinion, if you want to use an image viewer for high resolution images and you want it to shrink the image without losing the quality, this is the program for you.
The pros:
High image quality
Small in size
Basic image modifications
Configuration with lots of stuff you can change
Great file support
Cons:
Slow sometimes because of the quality, but it's worth it
Basic image modifications again
Shareware =/
Not updated a lot, last update in the end of 2008
In the end, if all you want is to view images in great quality this thing is for you.

the damn item
