Please don't forget about the love secrets break activity. I would love to see some more secrets. To give you a little more time, I'm going to extend the deadline till Sunday, the 24th.

Love secrets

We are doing love secrets as a small break activity :) Love secrets is a fun little challenge that lets all of us spread some love. All entries are anonymous and after the deadline I will post them all in one post. Love secrets are sort of small postcards you send to a person, team, whatever. The secrets are usually made by using some sort of pic that represents the thing you love and some text.

For examples, please check out the last time we did it. :)

RULES:
01. First and foremost, be nice. These are love secrets. If they're not nice, they won't be posted.

02. Secrets must be no larger than 700x700.

03. Upload your image to an anonymous image host.

04. Secrets can be about anything related to this community - challenges, teams, comm as a whole, specific users, show, whatever.

05. No points! No pressure! No limit to how many secrets you make!

Secrets are due on Thursday 15 December at 3 pm EDT/8 pm GMT.

If you no longer want to or can't compete in challenges, please let us know. We understand life can keep you suddenly busier than expected, we just would like to know if you can no longer participate to keep the teams as even as possible. Of course we hope that's not gonna be the case, though! And you're welcome any time to reapply :)

If you're taking a hiatus (meaning not able to participate in challenges for more than 2 weeks) this is also your place to let us know so we don't remove you from the comm. Once you're back, just comment back to the comment that confirmed your hiatus or make a new one to this post.

Hi and welcome!

In this community, you will be on one of four teams: Team Crime, Team Drama, Team Scifi and Team Comedy. There will be challenges ranging from graphics, writing, trivia, word games, thinking games and just plain luck. Points will be awarded as we go, and the four teams will compete towards the end of the phase.

If you are interested in joining, please comment with the following information:

Make sure you have e-mail notification on!!

I can't promise you will get the teams you request since I want even numbers in the teams. If you do not have a preference you can say so. It doesn't really matter what team you play on - everyone plays the same game, just with different people. So keep an open mind for which team you wind up on!

There is communities corresponding to each team. When you are accepted into a team, I will send you an invite to that team community and this community. Make sure you join them both! You can check your invites here

WHAT IS fandomverse ?
We're inspired after the original land comm, whedonland ,jjverse and other land comms.

WHAT FANDOMS ARE INVOLVED?
Any and all, from tv-shows over movies to books. Most challenge will give you complete freedom to work with whatever fandom you prefer, though certain challenges, trivia and such, will narrow down the fandoms involved.

DO I NEED TO KNOW ALL THE FANDOMS TO JOIN?
Definitely not! You can play just concentrating on one fandom or a couple.

- Join your team.
- Check out the open challenges post
- Start participating!

HOW DO I ENTER?
Follow the directions at the post. Unless otherwise stated, ALWAYS submit your entry to that post.

WHAT ARE THE EXPECTATIONS OF ME?
You are encouraged to enter any and all challenges you can. At the bare minimum though, you should enter at least one challenge every two weeks. Should you be inactive for this period of time you will be removed from your team's community. You are more than welcome to re-apply however once you have more free time on your hands.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT A SPECIFIC CHALLENGE?
At the first comment to every challenge, There will be a questions thread - ask there. It may take up to 24 hours to get back to you.

I'M NOT THE BEST AT SOMETHING, DOES THAT MATTER?
Not at all! While there is occasionally voting, participation is what's most important! It's the effort that counts most, so jump right in!

RULES

1. Be polite.
To other members, other teams, mods, challenge runners and just everyone.
DO NOT bash shows or characters. You will be banned. This is your only warning.

2. Participate at least once every two weeks
This isn't to exclude busy people. Its to keep the teams as even with active, participating members as possible. You don't have to do EVERYTHING. Just SOMETHING.

3. Follow Instructions set out on challenge posts
The Rules are there for a reason; size limits are often there for a reason, and time limits are always to-the-button. In general you can use any fandom for challenges.

4. NO Spoilers
This is a multi-fandom comm. If you post any information spoiling an episode/show within a week of an episode airing, you'll be asked to leave the comm. Other than that, try to be aware that not everyone has seen the oldest shows and maybe keep major spoilers out of entries. (like character deaths)

5. RATINGS!
PG-13 for entries to be voted on.
If its a participation only challenge, i don't care as long as you link and warn. :D

If you have a problem, here is the place to do it. Comments ARE screened. No one should see them but me. If you have an issue you don't want to discuss with me, try your team leader/s.

HIATUS
If you want to go away for LONGER than 2 weeks, you're in danger of being cut from the comm. Please let me or your team leader/s know so we don't cut you.

LEAVING
If you want to leave the comm, it would be great if you could let me know. :D
