373: edit the sad parts | bojack horseman fanmix

My entry for round 28 at waywardmixes. I made a mix for BoJack Horseman, which is a show that really surprised me and I would definitely recommend checking out!

About: BoJack Horseman is an animated comedy-drama on Netflix. The first season premiered on August 22, 2014, the second season on July 17, 2015. A Christmas special was aired on December 19, 2014. The title character was the star of 90s hit sitcom “Horsin’ Around”, but now, 20 years, later he’s washed up and struggling to find a purpose in his life. The show mixes comedy (lots of animal-related puns) and drama and deals with sadness, depression, loneliness and the like. (this mix is mostly based on/inspired by the first season, as I haven’t finished season two yet)

4. modest mouse – missed the boat looking towards the future we were begging for the past well we knew we had the good things but those never seemed to last oh please just last

9. the killers - be still don't break character you've got so much heart is this real or just a dream? oh rise up like the sun and labor till the work is done

5. franz ferdinand - can't stop feeling and you leave me dancing alone yeah you leave me to die on the floor

10. bleachers - who i want you to love tired of chasing my dreams they're always twisting i always scream to follow down the strangest roads in back seats indoors
