Submit a New Convention

To submit information about a NEW CONVENTION (or the next dates for a convention we've listed in the past), use the form below.

To update information on a convention that's already listed, please go to that convention's page and use the "Update" link at the bottom.

  Note on Acceptable Events

FanCons.com focuses on fan conventions, we no longer accept submissions for collectible or hobbyist shows. This includes card shows, pin collecting shows, swap meets, flea markets, garage sales, fan marketplaces, and other events which are entirely sales-based. We also no longer accept events at comic or collectible shops promoted as "conventions" or "mini-cons".
Any of these events which were already listed will remain listed, but we will no longer accept new listings for future events of this type.

Backlog Notice

We are currently experiencing a very large backlog due to a large number of submissions over the last few months. Submissions will be delayed longer than normal until we can catch up on the backlog. Priority is given to upcoming events over any that have already passed. Rest assured that we will review your submission and there is no need to re-submit. Re-submitting your event again will move it to the back of the queue for review and approval.

Convention Information

Web sites are required for all conventions. We do not accept listings for conventions that only have Facebook, X (Twitter), Tumblr, Linktree, Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, or YouTube URLs. If you want your convention listed, please set up a real web site for it. Your web site content must also be live when your convention is submitted.

Fill in the blank: "Our event is a _______ convention."
"Pop culture" and "geek culture" are too generic, so we do not use those terms on this site.

Complete this sentence:
"We're mostly ."

You can use this space to enter a brief promotional description about this convention. We do not recommend including redundant information (like the location or registration rates), guest info, or other information which may need to be updated regularly. Any guests listed here will be removed.

Registration & Ticket Information

We use this to present people with a "Register Now" link and to verify prices.

We only list regular adult rates, not child, group, VIP, or other discounted rates. We do not list any daily rates for advance registration.
You MUST INCLUDE the country's local currency symbol ($, £, €, etc.) AND include any extra fees (such as taxes, Eventbrite fees, or Ticketmaster fees) that are charged.

Guest Information

List one name per line. Include announced guests only. Do not include panelists or vendors that are not billed as guests. Do not include credits or titles (such as "voice actor" or "star of Hot New Movie!"). Just put their names. As per site policy, we will not list vehicles as guests.

We use this to verify your announced guests.

Your Information

We ask for your e-mail address in case we have questions or if you wish to be notified when your submission has been reviewed. We will not spam you nor will we publish it. Your e-mail address will only be stored until your submission has been processed. Submissions without a valid e-mail address may be rejected.

By submitting the above information, you grant FanCons.com and its associated sites a royalty-free license in perpetuity to use the submitted information without compensation to the submitting individual or organization. (In other words, you can't selfishly come back a week later and say, "I sent you that info, now you have to take it down or send me $5.")

All submissions are reviewed by a human being before they are posted. This process takes time, so please be patient. Inappropriate links will not be posted. Excessive submissions of inappropriate links will result in the submitter being banned from all future submissions.
