Tutorial

First: I used this picture.

1.Open your picture and a new layer.[100x100]
make your picture like this;

2."Duplicate" your layer 2 times.and set the first one to "Screen" [%100]
and the second one is "Soft Light" [%100]
Your icon must be like this:

3.Open a new layer in these sizes: 64x61px
Copy your icon and paste it new layer.And change the size like this;

4.And make your icon like this:

5.Then duplicate your small icon 2 times.and paste them Add to each side of small icon.Like this:


6.The most complex part: PSD
Make this settings:

//1.Add "photo filter" with these settings:
Select "color" option and make color #ec8a00
Density is : %69
Mood:Normal
Opacity: %100
Fill: %67

//2.Add a "vibrance" layer with these settings:
Vibrance: -8
Saturation: 0

//3.Add a "gradient fill".make colours like this:
#2c0803 to #d7c307

Mood: soft light

//4.Add this texture.

Mood: Normal
Opacity: %100
Fill: %75

//5.Add a "gradient fill".make colours like this:
#0d1a2e to #5b7501

Mood: soft light

//6.Add a "color balance" layer with these settings:
Shadows: -36,+10,+23
Midtones: +30,-26,+12
Highlights. 0,+13,-29
Opacity: %56
Fill: %100

//7.Again add a "color balance" layer with these settings:
Shadows: +31,0,0
Midtones: +82,0,+47
Highlights. 0,0,+29
Opacity: %39
Fill: %100

//8.Add a "curves" layer with these settings:

//9.Then add a "Selective Color" layer with these settings:

Blacks: 0,0,0,+35
Opacity: %100
Fill: %35

//10.Add a "curves" layer with these settings:
RGB;
point 1: Output; 116  Input; 94
point 2: Output; 139  Input;  110

//11.Again add a "Selective Color" layer with these settings:
Cyans: +100,0,0,0
Blues:  +100,0,0,+100

//12.Add a "color balance" layer with these settings:
Shadows: -10,-3,-2
Midtones: -29,-12,-26
Highlights. 0,0,0

//13.Again add a "Selective Color" layer with these settings:
Greens: +55,0,0,0
Cyans: +100,+18,+100,0
Magentas: -45,0,0,0

//14.Again add a "Selective Color" layer with these settings:
Reds: 0,+50,0,0
Yellows: -35,+15,+100,0
Opacity: %53
Fill:%44

//15.Add a "curves" layer with these settings:
RGB; Output; 156  Input; 118

//16.Again add a "curves" layer with these settings:
RGB; Output; 150  Input; 115

//17.Add a "Selective Color" layer with these settings:
Reds: 0,0,+100,0
Blues:  0,+55,-82,0
Magentas: 0,0,-100,0

//18.Add a "Color Fill" layer.
Colour: #f8e6ce
Mood: Darken

//19.Add a "curves" layer with these settings:
RGB:
point 1: Output; 48  Input; 60
point 2: Output; 110  Input;  94
point : Output; 142  Input;  122

//20.Add a "vibrance" layer with these settings:
Vibrance: +100
Saturation: -1

//21.Add a "gradient fill".make colours like this:
#000000 to Transparent
Mood: Soft Light

//22.Add a "Color Fill" layer.
Colour: #2c0303
Mood: Screen


7.Your icon must be like this:

8.Than duplicate this icon 2 times.
For the first one: Filter>Blur>Box Blur
Radius: 6px
Mood: Screen
Opacity: %13

For the second one: Filter>Blur>Box Blur
Radius: 6px
Mood: Soft Light
Opacity: %49

9.Your icon must be like this:


10.Add this texture:

Make its mood: Screen

And finished!
