All made in Photoshop CS4.
> 
1.Open your picture and add a "Color Balance" layer with these settings:
Shadows -5 / -6 / -100
Midtones +19 / +57 / -47
Highlights 0 / 0 / 0
2.Then add a "Curves" layer with these settings:
Red; Output; 33 Input; 33
point 2; Output; 135 Input; 104
Green; Output; 151 Input; 138
point 2; Output; / 204 Input; 184
Blue; Output; 191 Input; 143
3.Add this texture.

Mood: Linear Dodge (Add)
Opacity: 100%
Fill: 22%
4.Again add a "Curves" layer with these settings:
Red; Output; 110 Input; 176
Green; Output; 94 Input; 130
Blue; Output; 125 Input; 93
5.Add a new "Curves" layer.
Red; Output; 218 Input; 72
6.Again Add a new "Curves" layer.
RGB; Output; 51 Input; 28
point 2; Output; 154 Input; 89
7.Then add a "Vibrance" layer with these settings:
Vibrance +10
Saturation +2
8.Add this texture.
Mood : Screen

9.Then add this texture and Set it to "color dodge"

10.Finally add this texture and Set it to "Screen" with these settings:
Opacity: 100% , Fill:33% yapın.

And finished!
