The name represents belief in oneself and determination to achieve success through persistence — not affiliated with any specific religion or group.

Everything you need to know about Faith & Grind Basketball School.
Faith & Grind serves youth basketball players of all skill levels in Westchester County, NY. Programs are open to boys and girls across multiple age groups — from beginners learning fundamentals to competitive athletes preparing for high school and AAU play.
We run four core programs: competitive Tryouts for travel team placement, AAU Travel & Rec Teams across multiple age divisions, 1-on-1 private training, and seasonal Clinics and Camps. Every program is built around total athlete development — on and off the court.

Faith & Grind was built by Coach Mike Buffalo — a former professional basketball player in the UK, Brooklyn Nets Jr. NBA clinician, 2019 international coach in Beijing, and 2024 Tri-County Championship coach. The program combines elite skill training with the belief that hard work and self-confidence are the path to lasting success.
