It automatically allocates a portion of monthly rent payments into diversified investment portfolios, allowing users to steadily grow their savings toward a future down payment or other financial goals.
The platform primarily serves young renters, particularly Gen Z and younger Millennials aged 22–35, who live in urban areas and are early in their careers. These individuals are often frustrated with high rent consuming their savings and feel locked out of homeownership, yet they are motivated to build financial security and start investing in manageable ways.
