hello, it is the eve of my favourite month (aside from august).

it is september already. summer is already ending. i don't think i've had the best start to the season or month, since it's been a stressful couple of weeks that are putting me at threat of burnout.

at work, the pumpkin spice season has launched, which has been popular as ever, and yet they have slashed hours and job perks for the baristas. higher up managers repeatedly mess around...

a shrine page i completed for the neocities tumblr august activity: to code a page about a favourite thing. mine is about the last unicorn movie.

i'd like to have updated my site more lately, but-- the weather. this august has seen us get two heatwaves that have hit +30c, here in the UK. my room gets very warm, so i've avoided getting on my PC as much as possible, and have been staying downstairs instead if i can.

well! i turned 32 a couple of weeks ago. in the middle of one heatwave. i got to spend time with my family (and force them to watch the last unicorn), i went out for a good night with my work friends and got to see a drag show, and then a fun day out to the local safari park...
