Recognizing the Service and Leadership of Florida Superintendents
As we head down the homestretch towards the end of the school year, I
want to express my deepest appreciation to Florida's 67 district school superintendent for their steadfast leadership,
commitment, and service to Florida’s public education system. Their hard work
and long hours — often far beyond what is seen — are felt every day in the
lives of students, families, educators, and communities across our state.
Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that
every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed is truly
remarkable. The progress and successes we see throughout Florida’s schools are
a direct reflection of their dedication, thoughtful decision-making, and
unwavering focus on students.
