We moved in quietly, built deliberately, and started doing the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re Coritha and Mark &#8211; a married duo who met at the Art Institute of Washington. Our paths took us through design, animation, programming, pharmaceuticals, teaching, fundraising, and management before they brought us back, full-circle, to tattooing, where we probably should have started all along.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That detour, though? It wasn\u2019t wasted. It taught us how people work, how systems fail, and how good things can feel when they\u2019re designed with care. Those years sharpened our standards. Now we bring them to every stencil, every conversation, and every line of ink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Factor Studio is not a walk-in shop. It\u2019s not loud. It\u2019s not generic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But it is thoughtful. It\u2019s equipped, and accessible. And it\u2019s built to evolve &#8211; just like the people who find it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve visited more than once, you\u2019ve probably noticed the changes: better aftercare kits, smoother booking tools, new design options, or a more seamless studio rhythm. That\u2019s on purpose. We believe getting a tattoo should have the same level of precision as the work itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We keep things lean, no middle layers between you and your artist. Every part of the process is handled in-house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That means more of what you pay goes directly into the experience &#8211; not just today, but in the future. We\u2019re building toward a studio we can one day own, so we can pass on better tools, better standards, and better training to the next generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve been here before, you\u2019re part of that already.
