Product Overview – Top Shelf Infinite Color Line (Revolt Auto Paint)
Top Shelf Infinite Color Line is a premium urethane automotive basecoat system designed for high-precision OEM color matching from the early 1920s through 2025.
It offers excellent coverage, smooth flow-out, and strong adhesion, even on difficult colors such as reds, yellows, and oranges.
This system is formulated with high solids content for efficiency and reduced material usage, typically achieving full coverage in 1–3 coats.
It supports solid, metallic, pearl, and tri-stage custom color formulations.
It mixes at a 1:1 ratio with Revolt 380 Series Reducer, with no activator required.
Reducer selection depends on temperature: slow for hot conditions, medium for moderate, and fast for cooler environments.
The basecoat is designed for professional automotive refinishing on properly prepared metal, plastic, or composite surfaces.
Recommended spray setup is 1.3–1.4 mm HVLP or 1.4–1.6 mm conventional spray gun.
Apply 2–3 medium-wet coats, allowing 5–10 minutes flash time between coats at 70°F (21°C).
Drying time is dust-free in 10–15 minutes and tack-free in 20–30 minutes.
Clearcoat should be applied within 24 hours for best adhesion, or the surface must be scuffed before recoating.
Coverage averages 200–300 sq. ft. per gallon depending on application.
Use in a well-ventilated spray booth between 60–90°F with controlled humidity for best results.
Proper PPE such as respirators, gloves, and eye protection is required during application.
