A You can purchase GrowFX through our online store using any supported payment method. If you need assistance, please contact us at sales@exlevel.com.

A Once your order is completed, you will receive your Serial number by email, along with instructions on how to download the software.

A Your invoice is sent with the order confirmation email. If you cannot find it, please contact us at sales@exlevel.com.

A Once GrowFX is installed, you will need to activate it. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Start 3ds Max.

2. Create a GrowFX object. This will open the activation window.

3. Select the activation method that is most convenient for you:

• a) Automatic activation. Enter your name and Serial number, then click the Activate button. Activation will be completed automatically.
• b) Online activation. Open activate.exlevel.com, enter your name, Serial number, and Personal Code, then click Get Activation Code. Enter the activation code into the GrowFX activation dialog and click the Activate button.
• c) Activation by email. Send your name, Serial number, and Personal Code to support@exlevel.com. You will receive an activation code by email. Enter the activation code into the GrowFX activation dialog and click the Activate button.

A Before moving GrowFX to a new computer, run Deactivate_v1.exe for GrowFX 1.x or Deactivate_v2.exe for GrowFX 2.x from the installation folder. You can also use Start -> All Programs -> Exlevel -> GrowFX for 3ds Max XXXX XX-bit -> Deactivate_v(1/2). If you cannot find these tools, you can download them from the My Licenses section of your User Panel.

Then choose the deactivation method that is most convenient for you:

• a) Automatic deactivation.
  Click the DEACTIVATE button and the deactivation code will be sent to the server automatically.
• b) Manual deactivation.
  Click the DEACTIVATE button to generate your deactivation code. Then open deactivate.exlevel.com, enter the code, and click Deactivate. You can also send the deactivation code to support@exlevel.com.
  After that, you will be able to activate GrowFX on the new computer.

A A maintenance subscription gives you access to new GrowFX updates and Beta versions. Your current installation will continue to work even after the subscription expires.

A A new license includes 12 months of maintenance for GrowFX 2.x. Your maintenance period begins when you activate GrowFX 2.x for the first time.

A A maintenance subscription gives you access to all new updates released during your active period, including both minor updates and major version upgrades.

A The standard maintenance period is one year. You can also renew it for multiple years.

A The annual maintenance fee is:

• Individual License - $95 / year per license;
• 5-User Corporate License - $245 / year per license;
• 10-User Corporate License - $375 / year per license;
• Site Corporate License - $495 / year per license.

Discounts apply when you purchase multiple years.

A GrowFX will continue to work. However, you will no longer have access to updates released after your subscription expires.

A You can renew your maintenance subscription through your User Panel in the My Licenses section, or through your reseller.

AYou can renew at any time. If you renew before your subscription expires, the new period is added to your current expiration date. If you renew after it expires, the new period starts from the renewal date. If GrowFX 2.x has not been activated yet, the renewed period is added to your pending maintenance period.
