  • The purchase is not already refunded or under chargeback/dispute.

Not eligible if:

  • You completed over 20% of any included simulator.

  • The 30-day window has passed.


2) Lifetime Membership Plans

Eligible for a refund within 60 days of purchase when all the following are true:

  • You have not downloaded all 50+ ebooks (i.e., our system shows fewer than all ebooks downloaded).

  • You have not completed more than one (1) course.

  • Your request is made within 60 calendar days from the purchase date.

  • The purchase is not already refunded or under chargeback/dispute.

Not eligible if:

  • You downloaded all ebooks, or

  • You completed more than one course, or

  • The 60-day window has passed.

How to Request a Refund (3 Simple Steps)

  1. Send us your order details (order ID/email used at checkout).

  2. Tell us why it wasn’t a fit—optional, but it genuinely helps us improve.

  3. We’ll verify eligibility against the criteria above and confirm next steps.

We typically process approved refunds to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

We trust our community. At the same time, we automatically monitor unusual activity (e.g., mass ebook downloads followed by a refund request, multiple accounts, or progress manipulation). If we detect abusive behavior or fraud, we may deny the refund and restrict future access to our platforms.

Chargebacks
