  2. I totally understand. my car was intentionally hit. video show the Cadillac lining up the car to my left side rear bumper to create damage then slowly pulled off. it would be targeted except for during mechanical repair at deal a month earlier the police was interested and the car was there for not starting, a battery issue. then now a manufactured hit & run by 3rd party to create my car being out my control so they can look into my bumper. even the claim adjuster stated we need to look into the bumper. they know it nothing in my bumper, ut the fact law enforcement or private investigator can create situations to have access to property via body shop or repair shop should be just as illegal as any other crime.

I see it as manipulation to work around access where there no evidence to obtain a search warrant. like a fishing expedition. it is straight targeting individuals when they do this and WE should have the support of ethical agencies who have knowledge of such acts or at least Avenue to begin outing such acts.

they have gone so far to enlist neighbors and move individuals across the street to engage contact to gather information. im all on board for preventing crime, but where there none and the intentional manipulation of situations to drag an person unwilling waste of there time for them to yield results should be illegal and avenues to some consequence provided people like myself who are targeted without legal reasons to do so
