EVPlus is an AI-powered trading terminal that provides automated trading, arbitrage strategies, manual trading tools, and integration with various decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and protocols including Hyperliquid, Aster, Lighter, Pacifica, Uniswap, and Polymarket. Our platform offers features such as automated trading bots, funding rate arbitrage, charting tools, and multi-platform airdrop farming.

3. Eligibility

To use EVPlus, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Comply with all local laws regarding online trading and cryptocurrency

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Trading Risks

IMPORTANT RISK DISCLOSURE: Trading cryptocurrencies and using automated trading strategies involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Automated trading bots do not guarantee profits
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• EVPlus does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice

6. Fees and Payments

Use of certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with reasonable notice. You are responsible for all transaction fees, gas fees, and other costs associated with blockchain transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by EVPlus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Platform without explicit written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform (except as provided by our service)
• Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our Platform integrates with third-party DEXs and protocols. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVPLUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVPlus, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EVPlus operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.
