The E3 Assessment is beneficial in many phases of a program lifecycle and the optimal timing is environment dependent. It can be utilized at the beginning of a critical period to develop clarity and focus around goals (in pre-season for athletic teams, prior to a period of high-demand) and off-peak to focus on growth in a specific area or in preparation for a busier time (non-traditional seasons for athletic teams, between cycles or projects, etc.). The assessment is open for 7-10 days and takes about 10 minutes to complete. The results review is scheduled 3-5 days after the assessment window closes.
