Transfer
Securely import, export, restore, and back up content items across accounts and platforms. Receive updates to imported content when new versions are published.
Transfer allows you to:
Migrate Content. Export and import content from one account to another, even if the account is on another platform instance.
Sell on a Marketplace. Export original content items and publish them to your own marketplace platform - such as your website - to sell or share across accounts and platforms.
Share. Allow accounts to share content for publishing across different apps, instead of replicating.
Backup & Restore. Backup your content items in case you need to restore content/revert to older versions.
Selling Platform Content on a Marketplace
With Transfer, you can export content items to sell on your own, or in an existing marketplace. Content packages are encrypted (even the media files), allowing you to safely publish your exported packages without worrying about repurposing or misusing content and media.
Exported packages can only be imported/installed and used on compatible platforms.
Requirements
To enable the Transfer feature, contact you your licensed platform provider. In order to export packages to a marketplace, your platform support contact will need to enable the Transfer feature with Export option enabled.
