Evanescence have officially announced their sixth studio album Sanctuary, set for release on June 5, 2026 via BMG.

The album marks the band’s long-awaited follow-up to 2021’s The Bitter Truth, continuing a new era for the group with a modern, heavier sound while still keeping their signature emotional depth.

Lead Single – “Who Will You Follow”

The first single, “Who Will You Follow”, was released on April 10, 2026, alongside the album announcement.

The track was co-written and produced by Zakk Cervini and Jordan Fish, bringing a more contemporary, polished production style to the band’s sound.

It blends piano-driven verses with heavier, atmospheric sections, showcasing Evanescence evolving while staying true to their roots.

Evanescence will support the album with a 2026 world tour beginning June 11, shortly after the album’s release.

The tour will include major stops across North America and Europe, with support from Spiritbox, Poppy, and Nova Twins.

According to an interview with Audacy, no unreleased songs will be performed on the tour, meaning the setlist will focus on already released material rather than debuting new tracks live.
