Produced by: Amy Lee, Zakk Cervini, Nick Raskulinecz, Jordan Fish
Release date: June 5th 2026

Evanescence have officially announced their sixth studio album Sanctuary, set for release on June 5, 2026 via BMG.

The album marks the band’s long-awaited follow-up to 2021’s The Bitter Truth, continuing a new era for the group with a modern, heavier sound while still keeping their signature emotional depth.

Lead Single – “Who Will You Follow”

The first single, “Who Will You Follow”, was released on April 10, 2026, alongside the album announcement.

The track was co-written and produced by Zakk Cervini and Jordan Fish, bringing a more contemporary, polished production style to the band’s sound.

It blends piano-driven verses with heavier, atmospheric sections, showcasing Evanescence evolving while staying true to their roots.

Pre-Save Sanctuary

Fans can now pre-save Sanctuary across major streaming platforms ahead of its release. Pre-saving ensures the album is automatically added to your library the moment it becomes available on June 5, 2026.

Album Production & Sound

Sanctuary has been over three years in the making, with Amy Lee describing the album as deeply personal and emotionally driven.

“This album is over three years in the making… I am so damn proud of every second of it.”

The album features production from:

Zakk Cervini & Jordan Fish (modern rock/metal influence)
Nick Raskulinecz (longtime collaborator)

This mix of producers suggests a balance between classic Evanescence atmosphere and a more modern, heavier edge.

Tour & Era Launch

The tour will include major stops across North America and Europe, with support from Spiritbox, Poppy, and Nova Twins.

According to an interview with Audacy, no unreleased songs will be performed on the tour, meaning the setlist will focus on already released material rather than debuting new tracks live.
