Charles was born in St. Pauli, Hamburg. Nanning was born in Norddorf, the son of Georg Hinrich Hark Quedens and Thur Nahmens Peters, who were from Amrum, Schleswig-Holstein. Dorothea was born in Hamburg, the daughter of Daniel Dreis and Dorothea Christine Verdick.<\/p>\n Eve’s paternal grandmother was Lucie Margarethe\/Meta Diercks\/Dierks (the daughter of Hinrich Diercks and Maria Catharina Wilders).
