Emmitt Smith is an American professional football player. A running back, he played for the Dallas Cowboys and the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He won three Super Bowl Championships with the Cowboys. He was voted Super Bowl MVP<\/a> for Super Bowl XXVIII (1994).<\/p>\n

Emmitt is the son of Mary Elizabeth and Emmitt James Smith, Sr. His brother, Emory Smith, is also a professional football player.
