Hsu Wei-ning, or Tiffany Ann Hsu, is a Taiwanese actress and model. She is known for her roles on the series It Started with a Kiss, They Kiss Again, and The Way We Were, and in the films Design 7, The Tag-Along, and The Tag-Along 2. She is also known as Tiffany Hsu, Ann Hsu, and Xu Weining.

Her father is Italian-American. Her mother, Hsu Tai-li, is Taiwanese. Her father left the family before she was born. She was raised by her mother, with the assistance of her maternal grandparents and her other family members. Tiffany is married to Taiwanese actor, singer, and racing driver Roy Chiu.
