T.I., also known as Tip, TIP, and T.I.P., is an American rapper, singer, actor, songwriter, producer, entrepreneur, record executive, and author.

T.I. is the son of Violeta Morgan and Clifford “Buddy” Harris. He was raised by his grandparents. He was given the nickname Tip by his grandfather but later shortened it to T.I.

T.I. has two children with Lashon Dixon; a daughter with R&B singer Ms. Niko; and three children with his wife, singer and songwriter Tameka Cottle.

T.I.’s maternal grandfather is named Robert Morgan.

T.I.’s maternal grandmother was named Willie Bell Smith (the daughter of Owen Smith and Katie Mae). Willie was born in Georgia.

    The Euro blood shows up in the culture though. African Americans have influence from that Scots-Irish ——- culture that partly has roots in the Vikings. Makes sense since straight off the boat Blacks from other countries can sometimes be intimidated by Black Americans.
