Randy Fine is an American far-right politician, and gambling industry executive. A Republican, he has been a Member of the U.S. House of Representative from Florida, since April 2, 2025.

Randy is the son of Harriet, a high school science teacher, and H. Alan Fine, a professor of engineering at the University of Kentucky. He was raised in Lexington, Kentucky. He is married to Wendy, with whom he has two children.

Randy’s paternal grandfather was Abrahamt Pat Fine/Fein (the son of Jacob Fein/Fine/Aksel and Anna/Khiena Merka Zhidikaner). Abraham was born in New York City, New York, to a Jewish family. Jacob was the son of Eliyahu Fine/Aksel, who was from Lithuania; and of Rachel Leah Rubenstein, who had roots in Kaunas, Lithuania. Anna was the daughter of Leib Zhidikaner, who was from Stakliškės, Lithuania.

Randy’s paternal grandmother was named Helen Schneider. Helen was a Jewish emigrant, from Uman’, Cherkas’ka oblast, Ukraine.
