Peter’s paternal grandmother Frances/Franciszka Kacierowska familysearch page says her surname was Kuropatwa and that her parents were Piotr Kuropatwa and Balbina Jagielska while her findagrave page says her surname was Kacierowska

Also Mary Ellen Rohan was also born in New York to Jeremiah Rohan and Mary Ann both born in Ireland.
Also don’t know if Louis A. Pallon. was Italian or if Peter Steele has any Russian or Icelandic ancestry

        he was:

        50% Polish
        25% Italian
        17,25% Irish
        6,25% Scottish

Is the Italian confirmed ? was Louis Pallon’s father a man named Frank Esposito, who was born in Italy, 1857.

          • andrew says:

There are various Census records that say Louis Pallon’s parents were both born in Italy. “Pallon” is a fake surname as well, while Esposito is very very common Neapolitan.

          • Oaken05 says:

andrew, can you stop using the word “fake” to describe anglicized names? That is not the way we refer to those names in English; it’s a bit offensive. It’s enough to say it’s an anglicization and keep the loaded terms to yourself

            invented?

An ancestry-tree lists Louis Pallon’s father as a man named Frank Esposito, who was born in Italy, 1857. No mother is listed, but Frank’s wife was named Victoria Sandella. Louis also had a sister, Antoinette Pallon (1890-1977). Still, I can’t find any of them on censuses, except for when Louis lived with his wife and children.

Anything more on his mother’s side? Does she really have Icelandic ancestry?
