80k is a conservative estimation
Good luck to any pro Israel keyboard warrior trying to justify this outrageous death toll, will they say these are all active Hamas members? I risk saying they make up a small minority of these deaths.
They have the human and technology resources to launch special ground operations that specifically target active Hamas members, but they instead always go in full, devastating bombing campaigns that leave mountains of rubble, with women and children beneath them.
You’re strawmanning again or just incredibly stupid. No one said all lives lost are hamas. We are saying it’s an unfair fight when hamas doesn’t protect their own people and hides in hospitals like cowards. Innocent people die I’m wars. You agree innocent Germans and Japanese died on ww2 right?
You don’t address the fact that despite the IDF having the capacity to specifically target active Hamas members they go on to do the one thing that they know will cause the most civilian deaths. Also I’m not saying that you said that all the deaths were terrorists i was making the point that you are trying to make excuses for the civilian deaths by unilaterally blaming Hamas for them as if the IDF didn’t had a choice, wich they absolutely have. As for the WWII argument, well you are basically comparing apples to oranges here, that’s a real strawmaning, that was an almost entirely different context and also there are lots of aspects about that war that people are either misinformed or lied about, but i really don’t want to dive into this rabbit hole now, not with you.
The war has one of the lowest civilian-combat ratios. 1:1-2:1 And it’s not Apple to oranges example. The allies killed lots of innocent people. Revionist clowns like tucker carlsson make the allies to be the bad guys. At least he is consistent though and not here to single out israel like you.
