Larry Allen was an American professional football player. A guard, he played for the Dallas Cowboys and the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He was highly regarded as one of the the greatest guards in football history. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2013.

Larry was the son of Vera Lynn and Larry Christopher Allen. His son, Larry Allen III, played college football. His nephew was professional basketball player Dakarai Allen.
