Isko Moreno is a Filipino politician, actor, host, and entrepreneur. He has been Mayor of Manila, since June 30, 2025, and, previously, from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2022; as well as, a Member of the Manila City Council, from June 30, 1998 to June 30, 2007, Vice Mayor of Manila, from June 30, 2007 to June 30, 2016, Chairman and CEO of the North Luzon Railways Corporation, from July 1, 2017 to October 27, 2017, Undersecretary of Social Welfare and Development for Luzon Affairs and Special Concerns, from May 11, 2018 to October 11, 2018, and President of Aksyon Demokratiko, since August 12, 2021. He was a presidential candidate for the 2022 election. He has been colloquially referred to as Yorme.

His father, Joaquin Copias Domagoso, was a stevedore at Manila’s North Harbor, who was also born in Manila, to parents from Antique. His mother, Rosario Moreno, a laundrywoman and garlic peeler, was a native of Allen, Northern Samar. He was raised in Tondo, Manila. Isko is married to businessperson and taekwondo athlete Diana Lynn Ditan, with whom he has five children, including actor, host, model, and politician Joaquin Andre “JD” Ditan Domagoso, who has been a Member of the Manila City Council, since June 30, 2025.

Isko’s paternal grandfather was named Pedro Domagoso.

Isko’s paternal grandmother was named Isidra Copias.
