David Shore is a Canadian television writer. He created the series House.

David is the son of Cecile and politician Marvin Shore (Marvin Leonard Shore), who was an Ontario MPP originally with the Liberal Party, from 1975 to 1977. He has two younger brothers, Ephraim and Raphael Shore, who are rabbis, with Raphael also being a film writer and producer. He is married to Judy, with whom he has three children.
