Sandara Park (박산다라), also known as Dara (다라) or Sandara, is a South Korean singer, actress, model, and television presenter. She is a member of best-selling South Korean girl group 2NE1, with Bom, CL, and Minzy. Her roles include the films Bcuz of U, D’ Lucky Ones, Super Noypi, One Step, and Cheese in the Trap, and the series Krystala, SCQ Reload, Crazy for You, The Return of Iljimae, Dr. Ian, and We Broke Up.

Sandara was born in Busan, South Korea, the daughter of Kim Kyung-Ran and Ik-Su Park. Her name Sandara means “wise and clever.” Her family moved to Daegu in 1993, and then a year later to the Philippines, where she began her career. She returned to South Korea in 2007. Her younger brother is K-Pop singer, songwriter, actor, and model Thunder (born Park Sang-hyun). Thunder is married to singer and actress Mimi.

Sandara is also fluent in English and Tagalog, and speaks conversational Mandarin and Japanese.
