Bob Lilly is an American professional football player. A defensive tackle, he played for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He is nicknamed “Mr. Cowboy.” He is 6′5″.

Bob is the son of Margaret and John Ernest Lilly. He was raised in a farming and ranching family. They later moved to Pendleton, Oregon. He is married to Ann.

Bob’s paternal grandfather was Robert Emmett Lilly (the son of John Jones Lilly, Jr. and Mary Lucy “Molly” Lilly). Robert was born in Nacogdoches County, Texas. Bob’s maternal grandmother was Lola/Leona Emma Condron (the daughter of Albert Oliver Condron and Lucy Jane Purvis). Lola was born in Texas.
