Alex Consani is an American model, influencer, comedian, and social media personality. She won the Fashion Award for Model of the Year in 2024. She was the first transgender woman to do so. She is also known as Miss Mawma, captincroook, and Certified Leo.

Her father works for Guide Dogs for the Blind. Her mother works in water conservation.

Alex’s paternal grandfather was George Louis Consani (the son of Armando Elo Consani and Estella Marie Kramer). George was born in San Francisco, California. Armando was an Italian immigrant.
