Adama Barrow is a Gambian politician. He has served as President of the Gambia, since 19 January, 2017, and President of the National People’s Party, since 31 December, 2019.

Adama’s father, Mamudu Barrow, is Mandinka. Adama’s mother, Kaddijatou Jallow, is Fula. Adama is married to Fatoumatta Bah-Barrow and Sarjo Mballow, in a polygamous relationship. His wives are both Fula. He has had five children. Adama is a Muslim.
