I've been asked to upload the icons to a place where you can take them for yourselves, and as some of you may know, Blogspot is a great spot to upload photos because there is unlimited bandwidth and you're allowed to hotlink. So this time I'm absolutely positive that this is going to be THE last time I will ever have to replace these tiny icons. The server that I had uploaded them to before really screwed me over and didn't reply to my email --which was obviously very unprofessional-- so, this is what I've resorted to.

Replacing all the icons for every single layout ever created for this community is a very time-consuming process. But until then, for those that know how, you can choose the appropriate tiny-icons for your layout, (refer to their image previews), and copy/paste the image codes into the CSS.

Again, this is an extremely time-consuming process, but I will do this for you guys! Until then, just go to that blogspot that I've given you and try to find the icons until I can get all the layouts fixed. Note that not all icons are uploaded to the blogspot, but MOST of them are. Let me know which ones are missing if you can, please.

Hey guys, I'm aware of the tiny-icon issue! There is a problem with the site I had uploaded them to, and I am working on fixing this as soon as I can. I will let you know when they're back up again!

We've had so many tiny-icon issues lately, but the good news with this specific tiny-icon issue is that I highly doubt you will have to re-install your codes--which is relieving for all of us! I'm thinking that the icons will be back up and running sometime this week, so just bare with the ugliness for a couple more days haha. Once again, we're sorry for the inconvenience.

S2 Flexible Squares; White Space

Instructions:
1) You need to be in S2 to do this, so if you haven't done so, switch from S1 to S2.
2) Go under "Journal" and click "Journal Style"
3) Under your "Current Theme" (Which is located to the right of the page), Click "Select Different Theme"
4) Search "Flexible Squares". Once you've found it, choose it for your theme.
5) Then go back to "Select Different Theme" and scroll down to the bottom where it says "Choose Page Setup"
6) First make your ad-placement "Horizontal", then save. Then after, set it to "Between entries", then save again, (this hides the ad everywhere besides the comment page).
7) Make it "2 Column (sidebar on right)"
8) Scroll back up to "Customize your theme", under "Current theme" on the right side of the page.
9) Click "Customize your theme"
10) Click "Custom CSS"
11) Make all the drop-down menu's say "No" above the CSS box!

1) You need to be in S2 to do this, so if you haven't done so, switch from S1 to S2.
2) Go under "Journal" and click "Customize Journal Style"
3) Under your "Current Theme" (Which is located to the right of the page), Click "Select Different Theme"
4) Search "Flexible Squares". Once you've found it, choose it for your theme.
5) Then go back to "Select Different Theme" and scroll down to the bottom where it says "Choose Page Setup"
6) Make your ad-placement vertical. (This hides the ad)
7) Make it "2 Column (sidebar on right)"
8) Scroll back up to "Customize your theme", under "Current theme" on the right side of the page.
9) Click "Customize your theme"
10) Click "Custom CSS"
11) Make all the drop-down menu's say "No" above the CSS box!

Concerns of the poll.

Based on the amount of people who voted (and didn't make fake accounts to vote over and over) fuckkcliche and I have decided to elect nitrogliceryna as the new graphic maker for estiloamor . We feel terrible about the poll because we know you guys really did try, and all the people who qualified were seriously amazing... But some voters were making fake accounts and we could tell by the "sign up date" in their userinfo, and honestly that's just unfair to elect somebody who got more votes just because one person was voting over and over again... It was either that or it was a popularity contest, and winning something like that wouldn't even feel right if you won; there wouldn't even be a point in winning or losing if it wasn't about the quality and hard work put into the graphics. They were all really good and I'm not just saying that, because I know how hard it is to make graphics and that's why I'm more of the layout kinda person.

When you begin something so small and have it suddenly just blow up in your face, you have so many people expecting this or that out of you and it starts to make you a little nervous... And I was extremely nervous about taking down that poll. I knew it wasn't right, but at the same time the entire poll was what seemed to be a "popularity contest" and honestly that's not what making graphics is about, and it hurt me to see people not getting votes because once again they were all so damn good! I know I made people sad or I pissed some people off, and with my entire heart I am sorry, because I know what it's like to feel like your work isn't "good enough" but I can honestly say that you all were amazing. Please be in my position, it really wasn't easy for me to satisfy so many people from the situation, no matter what I decided to do, somebody was going to get hurt and I'm deeply sorry... I just couldn't take it.

To all those contestants I want to tell you this, I honestly think each and every one of you should aspire to make your own community. You all have an incredible talent, and I can see you getting somewhere with it. I'm saying this with complete honesty. And once again, I am really, really sorry if I offended anybody.

Instructions:
1) You need to be in S2 to do this, so if you haven't done so, switch from S1 to S2.
2) Go under "Journal" and click "Customize Journal Style"
3) Under your "Current Theme" (Which is located to the right of the page), Click "Select Different Theme"
4) Search "Flexible Squares". Once you've found it, choose it for your theme.
5) Then go back to "Select Different Theme" and scroll down to the bottom where it says "Choose Page Setup"
6) Make your ad-placement Between Entries.
7) Make it "2 Column (sidebar on right)"
8) Scroll back up to "Customize your theme", under "Current theme" on the right side of the page.
