SEC Digitally Signed Certificate of Incorporation

The ZERO processing is integrated with the Electronic Submission Authentication Portal (eSAP). Under this processing, the conventional paper-based signatures have been eliminated and digital signatures are used through the Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure (PNPKI) Agency Certificate issued by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to the SEC, and the credentialed eSECURE account of the user to securely and digitally authenticate documents.
