Don't even know how it appeared on my computer. Cannot get rid of it. It is not in my programs and I get no help from ErrorEnd other than instructions to uninstall in my programs.
Horrible product and terrible company. They say that you get free unlimited auto-updates but they don't tell you that the program is only good for a year. I would not suggest putting this software on your computer. It finds all kinds of errors but many of them are legitimate files that shouldn't be deleted.
Whatever you do, do not download this software, it is rubbish. It did not fix any problems but has created many more than I had before. I have requested my money back, but they have not even responded.
