Honestly, I am conflicted with this one.

Batman is one of the smartest men in the DC universe. He knows multiple forms of hand to hand combat and wears body armor. Not mention all sorts of gadgets.

Unprepared, I think the Cleric would win in an initial fight. But Batman would get away and then come back with a aerosol drug that causes paralysis if you have prozium in your blood. Want to see Gunkata get you out of that.
