eRailSafe is the Class 1 and ShortLine industry standard for contractor safety and security management for Railroads and the vendors that serve them. eRailSafe enables Class 1 and ShortLine Railroads to monitor and maintain a history of all contractor employees that have access to their property. The purpose of the program is to improve the security of railroad employees, operations and facilities. With the eRailSafe mobile application, Class 1 industry professionals can quickly determine the status and other program details for on-site contract employees by scanning their eRailSafe badge. Badge holders can also use their eRailSafe credentials to login to the app to show a virtual badge
