Really it's a great application and i think Angel PDA completely change the meaning of client servicing in online trading, its really a very easy to use and simple application, i wish my best wishes to Angel and many many congratulations for Angel PDA Development team.
While Motorola's new ACE hardware has insane power, the application for running a Central Control is an antique. I have used versions from 14.3 all the way back to 8.xx and all Motorola seems to do is tweak the same application over and over in an attempt to get all the life they can out of it. The back bone of the application is still written in FOXPRO... Welcome to OLE. errors
Motorola needs to step up and write a new application using something powerful like SQL and quit putting lipstick on the pig. Also the pager system needs to be updated to use new technology like the internet and text messaging. It is becoming increasingly hard to find a pager company, and what few there are provide less and less assistance when there is a problem due to their low volumes and low profit margins. What good is all of the super powerful ACE hardware if the SCADA application that runs it all sucks.
