What I've Been Up To: Crafts

Besides work, all I've been doing in my spare time is crafting! I made all my Christmas cards this year [1, 2]. I also made gift card wallets! Which came out beautifully, I really like them. And they're much nicer to look at then the typical card holders. Here are some shots of the ones I've made.

I've also made some of the 3D snowflakes/stars. They're so pretty and so easy to make! I have some extra wrapping paper and I'm planning to make some more. They came out so lovely!

Looks like imageshack got hacked! My layout was in distress so I quickly fixed it up, but how horrible. Here's the silly message that was in place of my whole layout. I don't think they're going to get far, but this is the first time I've ever been bothered with someone else being obnoxious and self righteous. I thought I'd record it for my future amusement. And so when I talk about it later no says I'm crazy. I've got proof! LOL

New Layout!

It's that time of year again, when I get bored of my old layout or in this case, long desperately for something representative of the winter/Christmas season. So here is my new layout in shades of blue and purple. It still requires a bit of tweaking to some things, but overall I think it's pretty awesome! Comments on the layout would be appreciated, especially if you spot anything wrong besides the block quote/inset text boxes!

I went shopping today for sweaters, I need them bad. I have some but I wear the same one's week in and week out and I'm getting tired of looking at them frankly. So I went out to see what I could find. Which honestly wasn't that much at the first two places I looked. However, while I didn't find sweaters I did find two cute dresses. One perfect for everyday/work and the other is definitely a dress up dress. I like it a lot! I did eventually find sweaters and picked up three of them. I'm looking forward to being warm and not so boring again!

Now I'm off to catch up on some TV. <3

New Layout!

So, this is what I did today! I'm very happy with it too. I realize that this is a little bit old school, but it seems to me that I'm getting into the Inuyasha fandom a lot at the moment. It's been a long time since I've been interested in it, but I've been catching up on the manga and it's almost over! It's very exciting and I've really enjoyed re-reading it too. I'm on chapter 357 now (out of 555).

Anyway, I've also been making some icons again (don't everyone die of shock at once). But they're also all Inuyasha, seems to be the only thing holding my interest at the moment. Well, that and pupe, but that's not really much of a surprise, now is it?

More on my life later; I just wanted to say "Look at me" b/c of my new layout. Let me know what you think! ♥ ♥ ♥
