European Event Caterer Association
EPCAS is dedicated to look after the interests of the European professional caterer. Our goal is to offer European caterers a platform in which networking and knowledge sharing on mutual and current subjects are key issues.
EPCAS goes beyond borders to connect event caterers throughout Europe. EPCAS ignites a unique openness through which like-minded people can share knowledge, valuable insights, inspiration and business on a European level with each other, but also with suppliers to the industry. By bundling expertise and building a strong, familial network, we strive to promote event catering as an industry.
EPCAS is there for the whole company – we inspire caterers to improve their companies, their employees and their business practices.
After a few busy years, it’s finally time to reconnect! On Sunday, June 15 and Monday, 16 June 2025 a new EPCAS event will take place. We are excited to announce the EPCAS Summit taking place in the beautiful and vibrant city of Amsterdam.
This long-awaited event brings EPCAS friends together to celebrate our journey and reconnect, strengthening the bonds that make our community so special. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for more details!

Sunday, June 15th
We are excited to welcome you all at 14:30 at the Mövenpick Amsterdam City Center! The day will kick off with an inspiring plenary session where we’ll dive into the current state of the event catering industry and explore the latest trends and developments in the market.
Afterward, we’ll relax with a drink and a chat at the hotel bar, providing the perfect setting to get in touch with fellow professionals.
At 18:30, we’ll gather for a delightful Netwalking dinner at one of the best sky bars in Amsterdam, followed by some closing drinks to end the day on a high note.

Monday, June 16th
On Monday, we’ll kick off the day at 09:00 with an exciting F&B tour of the city. After that, we’ll enjoy a workshop and tasting lunch, providing a great opportunity to connect and share ideas.
Next, we’ll explore the iconic canals of Amsterdam with a boat tour, offering stunning views and a chance to relax. Afterward, you’ll have some time to refresh and prepare for the evening.
Dinner will be held at a stunning location hosted by NB Hospitality, where you can savor delicious food in an elegant setting. To wrap up the day, we’ll gather for closing drinks at around 23:00.
