How long does virtual staging take?
Typical turnaround is a few days from photos in to MLS-ready files delivered. Larger listings with many rooms take longer because every photo gets a hand review before delivery. Our delivery and revision policy covers timing in detail.
Can you remove clutter from occupied rooms?

What style of furniture do you use?
Modern minimalist by default: warm neutrals, natural wood, linen and cotton textiles. We avoid leather, farmhouse, and industrial aesthetics. The goal is buyer-friendly, not designer-statement. See examples across our portfolio.
What if I don't love the result?
Our refund policy covers what happens if the result doesn't land. The short version: we revise until it works or refund. We've delivered every project we've taken with zero revisions so far, but the policy is there for the case where it doesn't go that smoothly.
