Yes — that's exactly what EngineEars for Studios is built for. Add as many rooms, engineers, runners, and house staff as you need, each with their own rates, availability, and permission level. Bookings, calendars, and payouts all roll up to one studio dashboard.

How do revenue splits between the studio and engineers work? +

You define the split per engineer, per room, or per service — any percentage you want. When a session is delivered, EngineEars automatically routes the studio's cut to your account and the engineer's cut to theirs, both within 24 hours. No spreadsheets, no Friday cash envelopes.

What's the platform fee on studio bookings? +

Provider Essentials is free with a small per-booking fee. Provider Platinum ($15/mo) drops the platform fee to 0% — you keep 100% of what your clients pay. Stripe processing fees still apply on both plans.

How fast does my studio actually get paid? +

Clients pay a deposit (or the full session fee) at booking, so the money is already secured. After the session is delivered and the client signs off, payouts to the studio and each engineer release within 24 hours. Label work is the same — even when the label is on net-60 terms.

Can clients still walk in and book at the front desk? +

Yes. The booking page is the main entry point, but front-desk staff can generate a Walk-In Quick Quote, capture payment on the spot, and lock the room in under a minute. Walk-ins flow into the same calendar, CRM, and payout pipeline as online bookings.

Does EngineEars work with the calendars my team already uses? +

Yes. Two-way sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook — both at the room level and the per-engineer level. Engineers can block personal time on their own calendar and the studio booking page automatically respects it.

Who owns the client list and the data? +

You do. Every client who books your rooms flows into your built-in CRM with full booking history, lifetime value, and contact info. You can export the full client list anytime — EngineEars is your operating system, not a gatekeeper.
