Just had another round of windows replaced with Enerlux windows installed by Tevelde And Co. in the Omaha, NE area.
The first round we went with the double pane casements and fixed windows and was impressed with the overall quality, the ease to open/close the windows, double latch locking mechanism, flex screen that is barely noticeable, and ability to clean the outside from inside for our 2nd story windows. I was a little hesitant going with Enerlux as they weren't one of the big-name window brands I was originally looking at, but comparing spec to spec and price I took the leap and wasn’t disappointed.
For this last round we went with the triple pane, LoE 366 glass with a grey tint. I couldn’t be happier with the reduction in sound and not getting baked by the sun sitting next to my windows, even compared to my old windows that I installed a solar tint to. Todd and team with Tevelde And Co. did another awesome job installing these large 6 ft windows and making sure I was happy with the tint options by getting samples before finalizing the order.

Things went great . You guys did a phenomenal job of crating those windows up. They all made it here safe and sound. We have got all the windows installed and the house wrapped at this point. Builders installing them said they were the nicest windows they have ever installed. We were all very impressed . Thank you for the great service and the great product!!

EnerLux windows are beautiful, well constructed windows. We only needed a single window at this time for our bathroom remodel. Since the window is inside a shower, it was essential for it to be compatible for that purpose. Fiberglass was totally our answer. We ordered a stationary window with fluted glass and are very pleased with the appearance and quality. The staff and sales people are so helpful and treat you well even if you are buying a single window. We are so hopeful to add a few more of these amazing EnerLux windows at a time in our 1966 home that currently has original windows.

Fantastic windows and doors and customer service. We ordered enough windows for a 6400 sq ft house. The lead time was really reasonable. All the windows arrived well packaged and none were damaged in transit. We installed them ourselves and it was do-able. Love that they are fiberglass. REALLY high quality. We also ordered their 9ft tall siding doors- a 6ft wide and a 12ft wide and they are gorgeous. They create such a statement in the main room. We accidentally broke a window (actually only 2 of the 3 panes broke) due to a failure in our suction cup and the process of ordering new glass to replace it was pain free and affordable. This is such a great company to work with. I would not hesitate in ordering from them if we build again.

We are so happy with our windows. We bought 5 large picture windows (sections). The design of these windows made it very easy for us to handle and install. They were everything we were hoping for and our view is amazing. We will buy these windows again. I would highly recommend this company. Top notch product and customer service. Very nice windows and doors. I purchased 15 windows (9 awning and 6 picture) as well as 4 patio doors. I chose Enerlux for their pricing (better than the big 3), their capability of building big awning windows and patio doors, and their willingness to work with a homeowner directly. I have not gotten them all installed, as winter has gotten in the way, but the ones that I have installed are great.
Working with the salesman was a little frustrating at times, but in the end I think it was worth the effort. The delivery driver was less than capable too, but at least he listened and started to catch on by the time we unloaded everything.

I ordered a full house package of windows for our new construction home. It's a bit of a nerve racking experience to take the plunge with a smaller company, but the windows looks beautiful, arrived in perfect shape, and installed without issue. The customer service was exceptional throughout the process.

Six stars -esp in the context of the USA residential window industry today Let me state at the outset some of my comments will be unguarded, but I want to be taken seriously and not for an amateur, paid shill or bot with readers facing the awesome challenge of finding windows that will last 50 plus years and not break the bank. It’s manifest that most established American widow makers have gotten greedy and lazy, focus on marketing and expensive dealer networks, an in many cases , cheapened the quality of heir product. I know, I’ve been there. As a small builder in process of building a house for my daughter, I scoured the universe for well over a year trying to max out her window budget. Once you eliminate Euro windows as too bulky and frames too wide, and real fulfillment questions from overseas (and on time ? And what if a window broken in transit ? That’s a 3 month delay even with the best customer service; I’ve know several boutique Italian manufacturers will send a replacement air freight at 3x the cost of the indoor itself , but if you have to ask how what those windows cost in the first place, you cant afford them) Also the superiority of fiberglass as a frame material becomes quickly apparent. , and Enerlux corner design in particular. Durability, strength, thin lines, top euro quality hardware, etc. Whether you are going for a modern or traditional look, if your budget allows for anything beyond an Anderson 100 series, you HAVE to look at Enerlux as an option. Look, SChuco, Loewen, Western , Raynor , even Marvins high end, make great windows and offer solid customer service ….. if your are paying $100k plus for an architect, or have more money than brains, , hey go for it….you cant go wrong with them . A number of my clients have ; BUT at a steep price differential, and NOBODY has a better quality frame or , customer service than Enerlux. (And for course they are all using-or should use-Cardinal glazing units .While a smaller firm, there is NO way they wont be around for the lifetime of your windows. And in this case, buy AMERICAN -makes GREAT sense from a fulfillment and follow thru service standpoint. Their product, attention to detail and customer service make it impossible for this company not to grow and endure. Customer service is UNPARALLELED- just pick up the phone and try it-you get a real attentive knowledgeable person. You must pay considerably more to get a remotely comparable Marvin ( let alone Weathershield or Pella (dont even start !! LOL ) custom color fee set ups are a fraction of the bigger players. Unless you are seeking passive house standards, are willing to try some of the newer-but unproven - hi-tech glazing options being offered by some manufacturers in the western states, OK with Euro UPVC, not USA vinyl (nothing wrong with them if UV exposure reasonable and youre ok with the look, and size limitations ) can wait out long lead times, countenance dealing with a middle man importer (will they be around ten years from now?)
