I just got around to checking out the boiler installation. Wow!, the one word that comes to mind is "gorgeous", what a beautiful job. The crew you sent were quiet and clean, please extend my gratitude to them. I did take pics to send you, but the pictures do not do the installation justice.

My AC system shut down yesterday and we called Energy One for service. Justin arrived early and waited for me to arrive (30 minutes). In my absence, not only did he analyze the problem, but he repaired it. When I arrived home, we went inside to test the system and it worked perfectly. Good company, good employees, good experience! I highly recommend.

Keith and Frank just left after installing mini-splits throughout our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the process from beginning to end. They took exactly the amount of time they said it would. They were friendly and cleaned up when they were finished. Everything was explained on how to operate the system. I would highly recommend Energy-One.

After hours this kind gentleman helped me out for an hour over the phone to troubleshoot so my children would have heat. When it turned out that the kind gentleman was none other than Tom the owner, I was beyond impressed. Despite asking multiple times for a bill he refused. I am forever indebted to this gentleman and recommend this business multiple times over if this is the type of ownership they have in place.

After six other companies refused to do the work because it was deemed too difficult, Energy One took on the task of replacing the old, failed HVAC system in my condo. When it was time to start, the techs, Matt and Pat, were on time, courteous, and meticulously clean. This was not an easy job, and they knew it. Yet I never heard either of them show signs of frustration. They just did the work, and did it well. There is no place else to look for work of this kind. I couldn't be happier.

Had cleaning/maintenance repair done. Am so pleased, my ACs have never worked better! Loved the service tech, Tommy! ACs were working poorly. Very happy with service... Energy One is my go to now!

We recently decided to have a new hot water tank put in. Matt the salesman came out and was friendly and provided me with many options. I have to say Rick and Roy who came out to do the install was very professional. They ensure all was fully to my satisfaction after the install and clean up everything. The install itself is very clean and well done. If you need work or maintenance this is the place.
