I think it is high time we treat the month of October as nonexistent from now on. Nothing good comes of it on this ship.

I wonder, has anyone begun keeping a record of every failed attempt to escape the ship perpetrated by the inmates? They do seem to have a talent for backing the wrong horse. Perhaps if a written log of such incidents were made available upon arrival, the inmates would direct their efforts toward more useful pursuits.

Rehabilitation comes to mind.
